USA Peptides Hub orders placed during normal business hours are processed as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information and a link to monitor your shipment. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear, as these are managed directly by the shipping carrier after collection.

Please note that estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed shipping option is specifically selected during checkout. In rare cases, delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, courier operations, or other circumstances outside of our control. We will always do our best to support customers and communicate with the carrier whenever delivery issues arise.

We are unable to issue refunds or send replacement orders while parcels remain actively in transit. Any shipments marked as undelivered or returned to sender must first be received back before further action can be taken. Missing parcel investigations may be opened with the shipping carrier, and refunds or replacements will only be considered once the carrier officially closes the investigation.

Please ensure that all shipping information entered during checkout is accurate and complete. In many cases, parcels cannot be redirected once they have entered the courier network. Address changes may not be possible after an order has been processed.
